Application of reservation.

This Internet reservation system, allows users to make a reservation over the Internet for

 
  Tokyo Inn. It is possible to check for vacancy within the hotel.  
     
     
Qualification for using reservation system.
  This system is free of charge. All that is required is the user to have a valid email address that  
  we can inform you of information.
   
     
How to register.
  1. Membership is free.  
  2. Please register your member details by clicking the membership icon and filling in the registry
    form. When the process is complete, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address that  
    was entered in the membership form.So please make sure a valid email is used.  
  3. Once confirmation is accepted by following instructions in the email, the user is then able
    to apply for room reservation.
  4. All Personal information will be restricted and not misused, information will only be sent to
    you to inform you of our hotel information otherwise all personal information will be protected.
  5. Once membership has been completed, reservations can be made 24 hours after registration
    by clicking Reservation Icon on the website.
   
     
Contract agreement of using the online reservation system.
  1. Using this online reservation system a contract will be made between guest and hotel.
  2. The contract will be made when the party confirms the registration content and start
    using the registration system.
  3. Personal information will not used for any means without the parties permission.
   
     
Room charge and other charges.
  1. Payment will be made by cash or credit card when the guest checks into their room.  
    Other charges (ex: parking charge) that will be determined and paid in advance in cash.  
  2. During your visit with us, it may occur that we will ask you to pay for additional charges  
    when itfs needed.Additional charges will only be paid if it is necessary.  
   
     
Change and cancellation of reservation.
  If reservation needs to be cancelled, please cancel via this online reservation system@or  
  contact us by telephone.For change of reservation, please cancel existing reservation via  
  this online system and book for new reservation using the online system or contact us by  
  telephone.  
   
     
Cancellation Charge.
  1. Cancellation charges up until day of check in, before 5:00pm: 0%  
  2. Cancellation charges after the day of check in, after 5:00pm: 100%  
  3.A Reservation that do not show up: 100%  
   
   
Other regards.
  1. For the use of parking facilities, booking in advance is required. If there is no vacancy
    of parking, you will be informed immediately.
  2. For non-smoking room and the room with a LAN (Local Area Network), they must be
    booked in advance. If no vacancies are available, you will be informed.? If no non-smoking
    rooms are available, the hotel will check the smell of the room before you check in for
    your comfort.
   
     
Responsibilities and escape clause.
  1. The responsibility of accommodating to this hotel starts when you complete the
    registration form or when you enter to the reserved room.? The responsibilities will be
    terminated when you check out of the hotel.
  2.A Our hotel will ask guest to pay compensation to damages done within the hotel or
    other guests staying at the hotel. ?Misbehaving and breaking hotelaccommodation rules
    will not be tolerated. However, the hotel does not hold responsibility to actions of guests
    outside of the hotel.
  3. Our hotel assures compensation insurance responsibilities for fire and other damages
    within the hotel.
   
     
Refusal of accepting the reservation.
  1. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse reservation if they feel that the guests/third  
    party might likely perform action against the good manner and the regulation or order  
    of the law towards accommodation or the others guest.  
  2. When guest refuse the payment of the hotels standard pricing.  
  3. When guest/third party demand the task which exceeds the rational domain of the hotel  
    or others.
  4. When the hotel decides that the reservation is irrelevant.
   
       
Other hotel rules
  Other hotel rules will be made available to the guest which will be provided in our  
  hotel rooms and at reception.
